Group Coaching That Strengthens Independent Thinking

Our metacognition coaching groups meet weekly for 80 minutes via Zoom. We offer separate cohorts for students and adults, and groups are intentionally kept small—just 2 to 4 participants—to ensure each person gets personalized support, time to reflect, and the opportunity to learn from peers. Each session includes:
  • Metacognition or EF topic & teaching
  • Reflect on real-life challenges.
  • Group discussion for new strategies.
  • Personalized takeaways & next action steps.

Whether you’re managing a demanding career, family, mental health, or all three—I meet you where you are.

Group Pricing and Enrollment

Each group coaching cohort runs for 6 weeks. Sessions are 80 minutes each, held virtually via Zoom. Groups are capped at 4 participants to maintain a high-touch, supportive experience.
